Customer Service Representative, Johar Town Lahore
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
►Answer incoming WhatsApp and meta calls from customers promptly and professionally.
►Share invoices and relevant order information with customers as required.
►Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
►Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
►Effectively manage and document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
►Handle daily dispatch emails, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers.

Requirements:
►Fluent in both Urdu and English, with excellent communication skills, other languages are a plus.
►1-3 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in retail, call center or B2B Sales.
►Tech Savvy
►Ability to handle high-stress situations with calmness and professionalism.
►Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively.
